Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Reperbook, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of use of this application, including the Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically. It is essential that the user reads these conditions carefully and refers to them whenever necessary.

2. Scope

Reperbook provides a platform for creating, selling, and purchasing presentation repertoire books, which may include song lyrics, chords, videos, audios, and other content. Users can create books and publish them in the app's store or purchase books created by other users.

3. User Registration and Responsibility

Registration in the application is free and requires providing information such as name, email, password, and country. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and all activities carried out under their account. Reperbook is not liable for any misuse of account information.

4. Intellectual Property

Reperbook respects copyright laws and is not responsible for the creation, publication, or distribution of copyrighted content that may be violated by users. If Reperbook receives a formal notification of copyright infringement, the content will be immediately removed. The user agrees to indemnify Reperbook in case of disputes arising from infringing content.

5. Available Plans

Reperbook offers three subscription plans to meet users' needs:

FREE:
Free for all new users. Allows the creation of one book with up to 100 slides, regardless of the number of repertoires. The book can be posted in the store, but a 20% fee will apply on sales, in addition to payment and transfer fees.
BASIC:
Enables the creation of up to 5 books with a total of 500 slides, regardless of the number of repertoires. Books posted in the store will incur a 15% fee on sales, in addition to payment and transfer fees.
PRO:
Offers unlimited creation of books, repertoires, and slides. Books sold in the store will have only a 10% fee, in addition to payment and transfer fees.

6. Content Usage Rights

Content purchased from the Reperbook store may be used by the buyer for personal, non-commercial purposes. The buyer may not distribute, sublicense, or modify the acquired books without the express permission of the content creator.

7. Payment Transfers

When a user publishes a book in the Reperbook store, a percentage of the sale will be deducted based on the plan:

20% for FREE plan users.
15% for BASIC plan users.
10% for PRO plan users.

Additionally, payment processing fees (Stripe) will apply. Accumulated balances can be transferred to the user via bank transfer or PayPal, provided the balance is at least $10 USD. Transfers occur monthly after a user request or automatically if the balance exceeds $10 USD, deducting applicable transfer fees.

8. Refund Policy

As digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, Reperbook does not offer refunds for books purchased from the store.

9. Subscription Cancellation

If a user decides to cancel a paid subscription plan, the next billing cycle will not be charged. However, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, which is monthly.

10. User Support

Reperbook offers a digital support channel via chat, where users can clarify doubts and receive assistance related to the app's features and functionalities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Reperbook is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to access failures, content errors, or payment processing issues.

12. Changes to the Terms

Reperbook reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Notifications about changes will be sent via email or presented within the application.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of California.
